With the banking and capital markets sector constantly being transformed by increased competition, regulation and globalisation, the need for the development an ever wider-reaching and information rich knowledge management system for the company is ongoing. thruSYSTEMS helps the company overcome ongoing challenges and implement regular upgrades to its knowledge management system allowing them to react instantly and reliably to changes in their market.

thruSYSTEMS implemented a CRM system so that this rapidly growing online publisher could keep track of its contacts, partners and customers, easily and efficiently. The system also allows the entire idiomag team to maintain real-time management of the relationships with external parties. We also helped the client implement a suitable Project Management and email system.

Valdivia initially approached thruSITES for a website to handle the client-facing presentation of their services. They later decided to approach thruSYSTEMS for the integration of a back-end CRM database into which the new website would feed information. The system allows Valdivia to interface with its clients online, and then manage this customer information in real-time.
